Returns & Cancellations Policy

At AClass Flooring, we process all orders with care to ensure you receive the right products for your space. Please read our returns and cancellations policy carefully before placing an order.

Carpets

• Non-Returnable – As carpets are cut to size specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Laminate & Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)

• All laminate and LVT orders are placed directly with our supplier and are non-returnable.
• In some cases, the supplier may allow a return, but this is at their discretion and subject to:
  • A restocking fee (amount provided upon enquiry).
  • The customer being responsible for returning the goods and covering any restocking or admin fees.
• Please ensure you order the correct amount and product before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

• We can accept cancellations only if your order has not yet been dispatched.
• Once dispatched, the above returns policy applies.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
