Collection
Yes! Click & Collect is available on all items from our warehouse. Simply select the Click & Collect option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
📌 Important Information for Collection:
- The person collecting must be able-bodied or bring sufficient help to load the products.
- A suitable vehicle must be used to collect the flooring, as our products can be heavy and large in size.
- Collection is by appointment only—please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
Our products are specially ordered in batches for each customer, and once an order is placed, it is processed and allocated specifically for you. Due to this, we cannot accept returns.
In rare cases where a supplier may allow a return, they may charge a restocking fee, which will be the customer’s responsibility, along with any return shipping costs. If you believe you may be eligible for a return, please contact us, and we will check with the supplier, but this is not guaranteed.

Yes! Most of our Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) and laminates are compatible with underfloor heating. Always check the product specifications for details.
Yes! Most of our products are available for samples, so you can see and feel the quality before making a decision. Contact us to request a sample.
Yes, we offer installation services, primarily in the Northwest of England. We can travel outside this area, but please enquire for more details and to confirm availability.
